A clear brief of accommodating all the activities in less than half of the land and the rest to be left for the greens placed the focus on the line that stitches the built and the nature. This line is enlarged into a zone of void by conceiving a shell and a core. The shell is more porous on ground, revealing the core that turns into a veranda. The life is lived through the day here overlooking the greens that change its colours as the sun moves. The shell on upper floor is made of opaque walls hiding the private quarters of the core. This reflects the sunlight, frames the views, and harbours the vegetation that cast ever changing shadows as the earth rotates. The zone of void also helps in expanding the space of small quarters on upper floor and dividing the activities in large hallway on the lower.
