The existing ensemble on the corner plot comprises three building sections that are used for office structures. The existing building on Garmischer Strasse was integrated into the redesign. New designs have been created for the high-rise building and the adjacent office building, which take up the special features of the location as the intersection of one of Munich's most important traffic axes. The most striking structure of the ensemble is the high-rise building across the corner, which, in addition to the basement, accommodates an additional 13 standard storeys and, with its height of almost 50 meters, lends the entire complex an emphatic presence in the cityscape. From the perspective of Garmischer Strasse, the high-rise building is stepped upwards. From the perspective of Heimeranplatz, the structure, consisting of three or four-storey cubes, is shifted around the axis of the vertical architecture. The rotation of the building masses as an architectural interpretation of the movement on the site also creates a young and lively silhouette.
