Anjou-sur-le-Lac is a new residential neighbourhood in Montreal’s Anjou borough. The medium-density development is made up of 3-storey row houses and 10-storey condominium buildings. WAA was responsible for all of the landscaping.
An artificial lake doubles as a retention pond for runoff and a picturesque central feature of the neighbourhood. Water plants attract aquatic birds and other wildlife, while street trees and interconnected paths, foot-bridges and green spaces create a peaceful ambiance for the residents.
