FAN Beilei is the principal of genarchitects, First-class Registered Architect (PRC), RIBA Chartered Member, and Visiting Lecturer of Tongji University. Fan received a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from Tongji University and a Master of Urban Design from Technische Universität Berlin.

Kong Rui is the principal of genarchitects, RIBA Chartered Member, on the Council of IVA-ASC. Kong received his Master of Architecture degree from Nanjing University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology.

XUE Zhe is the principal of genarchitects, RIBA Chartered Member. Xue received his Master of Architecture (MArch) degree from Peking University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology.
