Oriol Bohigas

Oriol Bohigas (1925) was head of the Barcelona School of Architecture (1977-80); Chief Architect and Planner for the City Council of Barcelona (1980-84). Responsible for Culture Affairs for the City Council of Barcelona (1991-94). He received the Premio Nacional de Arquitectura 2006, the Culture’s National Award in 2011 and the Gold Medal from the Generalitat de Catalunya in 2013.
Oriol Capdevila

Oriol Capdevila (1955). Title of architect from ETSAB in 1982. From 1990 has been collaborating with MBM Arquitectes and worked in the project of the Litoral Park of the Olympic Village in Barcelona. Since 2000 he becomes a partner of the studio and handles many of the Italian projects.
Francesc Gual

Francesc Gual (1958). Title of architect from ETSAB in 1989. From 1990 has been collaborating with MBM Arquitectes and worked in the urban project of the Olympic Village and Port. Since 2000 he becomes a partner of the studio and handles the U.K., Irish, Dutch and German projects.

Josep Martorell

Josep Martorell (1925) is a founder member of the office with Oriol Bohigas. From 1987 to 1990, he was the head of the architectural department of the "Vila Olimpica" to guide the urban design through the hands of other architects and engineers, and clients. In 1996 he was the President of the XIX Congress of the UIA, organised in Barcelona. He has the Gold Medal for Artistic Merit from the city of Barcelona.
