The new housing development Mattenhof picks up the qualities of the previous development and the existing garden city Schwamendingen with their loose building density, generous green spaces and attractive meeting zones. Inside the settlement different house typologies and types of apartments are linked and interwoven with complementary external spaces.
In the ground floor zone of the settlement are various services - kindergarten, kindergarten, bakery, health food store, hairdressing and more - housed.
