This 300 square meters house, located in São Paulo, Brazil, was concepted for a daring lifestyle with spatial integration and spaciousness emphasis.
The project was developed from a backyard that united the house sections with wide glass closures, providing daylight into the interior and uniting inside / outside ambiences.
Lots of transparency, few walls, high openings, cool geometric effects and texture variation were the main concepts for the realization of the project and construction of the house.
The black / white contrast was extremely explored, so to keep this plastic balance the meticulousness of details were studied such as working with white walls, ornamental native Brazilian rocks as black slate and travertino marble. Also, ebony and light floor woods to contrast with.
The absence of doorposts at pivot doors and glass walls promotes exceptional wide ambiences, emphasizing the daring house design.
