Built on a 3,000 square meter site, this house has a very large program organized in three main volumes. The volume facing the street holds the garage and the main entrance which leads to an open space that serves as the main axis of the house. This open area transitions to the foyer and main circulation areas. All public areas are located on the ground floor of the third volume. The bedrooms are located in the first floor facing the yard and the golf course, this area is open to fully take advantage of the views. The sun’s incidence on the top floor is solved through a series of sliding sunshades.
