The new building ensemble is on the property of the former district hall of Hörde between Wilhelm-van-Vloten road in the south and the Karl-Harr road in the northeast.

The buildings of the " Ruhr-Lippe Project" are designed as an ensemble of complex uses. Core of the program is an office building with approx. 6,800 m2 of office surface. Access to the upper is made over a multi-functional entrance hall with central information desk, exhibition arear and a meeting forum.

The site is characterised by a strong topography following its longitudinal axis and by an old tree population. A new, single-storey volume overhanging on the public space accentuates the site topography. On top of this plateau, a new volume find his position between open terrace spaces and content the office´s areas. The ground floor leads the visitor directly into the entrance hall of the main building.
