In the south of Luxembourg you will find, in the heart of the steadily growing district Gasperich, the top modern penthouse «Le Cerisier» of our private client.
The layout was created from the area of two originally planned apartments. We cleverly merged the two floorplans into one large penthouse, with a new composition of rooms that now offer a 180-degree experience. This is characterized by two roof-top terraces, which run the entire length of the whole façades, and which frame the penthouse. Orientated to the North-East, there is the master bedroom, the master bathroom and the office.
With a 360-degree circulation along the elegant corridors, which accommodates the walk-in closet, you experience all the cardinal directions. Arriving in the kitchen, there is an axis from East to West, which unites the dining with the living room.
The floor-to-ceiling doors, which allow or prevent glimpses into the various rooms depending on their use, are striking. This was created through the choice of materials, which ranges from transparent glass, corrugated glass, metal mesh to hand-painted wallpaper. The tailor-made, built-in furniture and loose furniture, combined with modern designer pieces, are unique. The special feature is the built-in cabinets made of natural oak and covered with the finest linen. All of the wardrobes are specially designed to meet the needs of the client, so that every item of clothing finds its specific place, from coat to shoes to belt. The dressing room is rounded off by personalized clothes hangers. The light natural stone floor made of Crema d'Orcia limestone extends from the corridors into the bathrooms, where the harmonious world of colors continues on the walls, and individual accents are set by glass mosaics. Bronze-colored fittings enhance the wellness-like oases. Our scope of work comprised of all creative design elements, from the setting of the rooms to finding the last accessory. Finally, the precise lighting creates a mood that is equivalent to a 5-star suite. A luxury that is inconspicuous, but still fully noticeable.
