The topographical parameters of the site inspired the design of a four-story structure. The goal was to achieve a harmonious design solution with a minimum of physical intervention in a site that has a height variance as great as eight meters. The transparency of the glass facade with its fold and slide elements offers the possibility of a balcony-like opening on the upper two levels. Contrary demands like transparency and shelter, modernism and timeless design, family needs and individuality are expressed by this unobtrusive building.
