In 1988 the architecture office of Reitter was founded in Innsbruck which is escorted since 2008 under the title reitter_architekten zt gesmbh by Helmut Reitter.
Together with a team from 7 architects at the moment, 1 accountant, 2 student employees they achieved since then numerous results in the competition as well as by the realisation of her awarded draughts. The BIOMASS HEATING POWER WORK "fireworks" and the Headquarter of the company Binderholz in Fügen, the leisure park in Zell am Ziller, the M_Preis of food markets in Steinach am Brenner, Zams, Rum and Aldrans, as well as the topical projects like the shopping centre with school "Q-WEST" and the biggest passive house building of Austria „Olympic village in 2012“ with 450 residential unities in CONSORTIUM with ECK & REITER are good examples of the comprehensive planning competence of the office with the most different construction duties.
The lastingness of buildings and the careful contact with the resources owns with the conversion of the draughts a high priority. The projects originate in the narrow dialogue with her surroundings and are tailored to particular needs of her users. In all projects the office works together from beginning with well-chosen professional planners.
A confirmation of the works are prices and awards like the Austrian Baupreis, state price of tourism constructions, developer's prices of the ZV and BTV as well as timber-frame construction prices and prices of new construction in the Alps.
