The Chateau du Hulay rises in the unique location of Grez-sur-Loing so steeped in history. It is an imposing residential project, the refurbishment of a classic chateau. Noble materials that take rational and contemporary forms that, in their interiors, contrast with stately architecture.
The ornamental and heraldic motifs are mixed with the organic textures of marble and stone. The color palette ranges from cream tones of stone to browns of different intensities, given by the different types of wood, earth tones that turn to reddish tones. This gradation of colors is subtly sprinkled with gold and bronze. The majestic sculptural ensemble completes the main entrance staircase, and the noveau-inspired reliefs age the chimney of the main dining room.
