PLANE—SITE spoke with Clementina Ruggieri and Michele Busiri-Vici of New York's Space4Architecture (S4A) about their small, intimate installation in Palazzo Mora, part of the Time Space Existence exhibition in Venice.
Drawn to a narrow, dead-end space in the palazzo, S4A designed a minimal intervention with a more public space that funnels toward a more private, intimate space where people can say hello, kiss or, in Busiri-Vici's words, write an email or mail a postcard. In the short film, the architects explain the design but also how it relates to S4A's other projects.
