The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has revealed the six projects shortlisted for the 2014 RIBA Stirling Prize.
Almost one month to the day after RIBA announced the 2014 RIBA National Awards, from which the Stirling Prize shortlist was culled, it has selected the six projects vying for what it considers "the building that has made the greatest contribution to the evolution of architecture over the past year." Here are the six finalists in no particular order; click projects to learn more about them. And stay tuned; the winner of the Stirling Prize will be announced on October 16, 2014.
