The residential portion of the building is a 21m square plane, closed off from the surrounding area, but with four inner courtyards of different sizes and atmospheres, creating a comfortable and tranquil living environment. The space is divided into sections by a hanging wall that rises 1,900 above the floor. This low hanging wall divides the space, which extends forever in the horizontal direction, creating a sense of serenity as a residence. The final image of the house is a garage-garden house where people, cars, and greenery can live in harmony.
